Not sure what electrical your home needs? Browse the options below, or call us and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Older panel holding your home back? If you’re adding a heat pump, multiple mini-split heads, or an EV charger, a 200A upgrade is often what makes it possible.
Every furnace, heat pump, and mini-split head needs its own dedicated circuit. We install code-compliant circuits sized correctly for your equipment, whether it’s new install or an add-on.
Charging from a regular outlet is slow and, in some cases, not safe for daily use. We install Level 2 chargers sized to your panel, with an upgrade included if your current panel can’t support it.
One bad power surge can take out a furnace board, a heat pump control, or anything else plugged in. Whole-home protection guards every circuit at the source, not just what’s plugged into a power strip.
Outages happen, especially in the PNW storm season. We install interlock kits and transfer switches so a portable or standby generator can safely power your home without backfeeding the grid.
Switches, outlets, breakers, and troubleshooting, the everyday electrical work every home eventually needs. If it’s electrical, we handle it.
Answer a few quick questions and we’ll point you to the right service.
Breakers tripping or lights dimming when things run?
That’s often a sign your panel is maxed out. → Panel Upgrade
Adding a heat pump, mini-splits, or new HVAC equipment?
New equipment needs its own dedicated circuit, sized and installed to code. → Dedicated Circuits
Not sure, but want to protect what you already have?
Whole-home surge protection is a low-cost way to guard your entire electrical system at once. → Surge Protection
Bought an EV, or planning to soon?
A dedicated charger is faster and safer than a standard outlet. → EV Charger Installation
Tired of losing power in a storm?
A transfer switch lets a generator power your home safely, without backfeeding the grid. → Generator Installation
Electrical projects vary a lot, so we start with a conversation, not a one-size-fits-all process.

Many homes across Seattle and the Eastside were built with 60 or 100-amp electrical panels, sized for a much lighter load than modern households actually use. That was fine decades ago. It’s not fine when you’re adding a heat pump, an EV charger, or both. A single heat pump can draw 40 amps on its own, and older panels often don’t have the capacity or the breaker space to support it without a full upgrade. We see this constantly on HVAC installs: the heating or cooling system isn’t the obstacle, the panel is. That’s exactly why we brought electrical work in-house, so a panel that can’t keep up doesn’t stall your project.
Cascadia Comfort isn’t just another name on a truck. We’re a PSE Trade Ally, a Kicking Gas partner helping Snohomish County families electrify their homes, and a proud supporter of the local organizations that keep our community strong.
Seattle’s older housing stock creates electrical problems you won’t see everywhere. Here’s what we watch for:

Most electrical problems homeowners run into start with an HVAC project, a panel that can’t support a new heat pump, or a circuit that needs to be added. We handle both under one roof, so you’re not coordinating between two contractors.
Panel upgrades, dedicated circuits, and EV charger installs all require permits and inspections. Our electricians are licensed for this work and handle the permitting process directly, so it’s done right and it’s done legally.
Undersized panels, outdated wiring, tight mechanical spaces, we see it constantly across Seattle and the Eastside. That experience means fewer surprises once work actually starts.
Whether you’re weighing a panel upgrade against a smaller fix, or trying to figure out what an EV charger actually requires, we give you straight information so you can make the right call for your home and budget.
Small repair or full panel replacement, you don’t need a different company for each. We handle electrical work from a single tripped breaker to a full-service upgrade.

The only downside of using Cascadia Comfort? You wish they just be the one that handle all sorts of work other than HVAC because they define what a fantastic service should be. They are extremely responsive with communication, doesn't have any shady practice of charging you insane amount of visit fee that doesn't go towards the actual repair, reasonable pricing, and excellent use of technology to let you know who's coming and when are they coming for repair. The technician was extremely friendly and knowledge. He let me shadow him and explain every steps to me. I wish they can also be my landscaper, home repair, car repair....Posted on Google![]()

PLUMBING SERVICES
From leaky pipes to fixture repairs, we handle plumbing needs alongside your HVAC service.
Both. We handle everyday electrical work like switches, outlets, and breaker issues, alongside panel upgrades, dedicated circuits, EV chargers, surge protection, and generator hookups.
Frequent tripped breakers, flickering lights when appliances run, or a panel that’s 60 or 100 amps are all signs it’s maxed out. If you’re adding a heat pump, EV charger, or other major equipment, we’ll check your panel’s capacity before quoting the rest of the project.
Not always, it depends on your panel’s current capacity and what else is running on it. We’ll assess your panel during the estimate and let you know if an upgrade is needed or if the charger can go in as-is.
Yes. Every heat pump and mini-split head needs its own dedicated circuit, and older panels sometimes don’t have room or capacity for it. If you’re getting HVAC work done through us, we can handle the electrical side in the same project.
Yes, for larger projects like panel upgrades and EV charger installs. Smaller, straightforward jobs often skip the estimate step, we can quote and book those directly over the phone.
Yes. Panel upgrades and most new circuit work require permits and a final inspection. We handle that process and any necessary coordination with Seattle City Light or your local utility.
It’s common in older Seattle and Eastside homes. We’ll flag any wiring or panel issues during the estimate so you know what you’re working with before any work begins, no surprises after the job starts.
Yes. Panel upgrades and larger installs qualify for financing, so a needed upgrade doesn’t have to wait on a full upfront payment. Ask about current options when you schedule.
