BOOK
1. Schedule your visit — Book ahead of your heating or cooling season, whichever your system leans on most.
2. Tell us your setup — Let us know how many heads and zones you have so we quote it right.
BEFORE WE ARRIVE
3. Confirmation reminder — We confirm your appointment a day ahead so there’s no guessing.
4. Know your tech — You’ll get a photo and short bio before your tech shows up.
THE VISIT
5. Every head, checked — We inspect, clean, and test each indoor head, not just the closest one.
6. Outdoor unit included — We service the condenser too, since a clean outdoor unit is half the system.
7. Straight answers — If something needs attention, we explain it in plain language, with photos when it matters.
AFTER
8. A record you can use — Documentation of the visit, useful for warranty compliance and manufacturer requirements.
These aren’t emergencies. That’s exactly why they’re easy to miss.
The fan runs fine, but the room never quite gets there. Usually a dirty coil or low refrigerant.
A clogged condensate drain is the most common mini-split failure. Catch it before it damages your wall or floor.
If one zone consistently underperforms while the rest of the house is fine, that head needs attention.
No service in 12+ months means buildup has had time to settle in every filter, coil, and drain line.
Unusual noise or odor from an indoor head is rarely nothing. Usually mold, a loose part, or a failing fan.
Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, and Daikin all require documented annual maintenance to keep coverage valid. Skipping it can void your claim.
New house, unknown maintenance history. Start clean instead of inheriting someone else’s deferred upkeep.
The easiest way to avoid a summer or winter breakdown is servicing before the season that stresses your system most.
More homes in the Pacific Northwest are going ductless every year. We’re the crew that keeps them running.
Cascadia Comfort isn’t just another name on a truck. We’re a PSE Trade Ally and a Kicking Gas partner, helping homeowners across Snohomish and King County get the most out of their electrification investment.
This region didn’t always take cooling seriously. Many homes in Seattle, much like Vancouver, were never built with air conditioning, because for decades, nobody thought they’d need it. That changed on June 28, 2021, when Seattle hit 108 degrees, the hottest temperature ever recorded in the city. Between June 25 and July 1 of that year, the region saw more than 1,700 emergency room visits for heat-related illness. Homeowners who had a mini-split running that week stayed safe indoors. A lot of others didn’t have that option.
Since then, the shift has been dramatic. In Seattle, heat pump installations have outpaced gas and oil furnace installations every year since 2014, and in 2024, heat pumps were installed four times as often as furnaces, accounting for 81% of home heating system upgrades citywide. More heads, more zones, more homes going ductless every year. That growth means more systems that need someone who actually knows how to service them, not just install them.

We’re trained and certified on the brand most Pacific Northwest homeowners already have installed.
Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Daikin, LG. Whatever’s on your wall, we service it to the same standard.
No upsells based on guesswork. We open the unit, check it, and show you what we find.
Manufacturer coverage requires documented annual service. We give you exactly that, every visit.
Cascadia Comfort came to service our HVAC system as well as to provide estimates for some work we would like done. Scheduling was a breeze and when I had to cancel the original appointment due to travel, they were very accommodating. Our technician called when he was an hour out and arrived promptly. He was very informative and thorough as we went through the scope of work. The maintenance on our furnace indicated the need for replacing a part, and the technician explained not only the function of that part, but also showed me the multimeter reading. He had the part on the truck and was able to take care if it immediately. We are very happy to have had Cascadia Comfort to provide the maintenance. We would definitely have them perform this work in the future. It will take a few days to get the estimate back for additional work, so I am not able to comment on that pricing, but the maintenance and repair price and part seemed reasonable!Posted on Google Lea Ellis Very friendly and helpful teamPosted on Google Sai Rahul Kasula We recently booked an AC and furnace tune-up through Groupon with Cascadia Comfort, and we had a great experience from start to finish. MINI-SPLIT REPAIR
Your annual maintenance, what we spoke about on this page 🙂 would catch any repair issues
HEAT PUMP REPAIR
Is your outdoor unit the issue rather than your indoor heads? We’d find that during maintenance as well.
INDOOR AIR QUALITY
Filtration, humidity, fresh air. We’ll help your system do more than temperature.
GENERATORS
Power outage during a storm shouldn’t mean losing heat or cooling. We’ll help you stay ready.
$189 for 1-3 heads or zones, $289 for 4 or more. Cascadia Comfort Club members pay $139 and $239. Pricing is based on head count since more heads mean more time on site.
Filter cleaning or replacement on every indoor head, coil cleaning, a condensate drain flush, a refrigerant line inspection, and a full outdoor condenser service. Every head gets checked, not just the one closest to the door.
Once a year, minimum. If you run your system for both heating and cooling, or have pets, your filters and coils are working harder and may need attention more often.
For most brands, yes. Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, and Daikin all require documented annual maintenance to keep coverage valid. We provide that documentation at every visit.
We’re Mitsubishi-approved, but we service Fujitsu, Daikin, LG, and other major ductless brands to the same standard.
Each indoor head has its own filter, coil, and drain line that needs to be individually inspected and cleaned. A 5-head system takes longer to service properly than a 2-head system, and the pricing reflects that.
Yes. The Cascadia Comfort Club saves you $50 per visit, plus 10% off repairs and priority scheduling. Details are above.
You can wipe down the filters between visits, and we recommend it. But the coil, drain line, refrigerant connections, and outdoor unit need a trained tech, those are the parts that actually cause the expensive problems if neglected.
Book your tune-up today. Licensed, local technicians, flat-rate pricing, no surprises.
